48-year-old Teresa Olsen was arrested for allegedly trafficking drugs and tobacco to the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility. Police say that the Fort Wayne woman had mailed narcotic pills and tobacco concealed in an altered legal book to her son, Tyson Keplinger, currently serving a 40 year sentence for Murder and Attempted Murder convictions.  Olsen is facing a Class C Felony for Trafficking Narcotic Pills and a Class A Misdemeanor for Trafficking Tobacco.   Her son Keplinger has been moved to segregation housing with conduct rule and may face criminal charges of his own.
