A judge has sentenced the final defendant charged in Federal Court in connection with the death of a Terre Haute Police Officer.
48 year old Brad Keller was sentenced to 18 months in prison for selling the murder weapon that killed officer Brent Long. It is believed that Keller knew Scott Griffey was a convicted felon when he sold him the weapon. U.S. Attorney Joe Hogsett says the seven defendants chanrged in connection with the death of Officer Long were charged as part of a creative prosecution strategy. While they did not kill Long, their actions led to his death.
