A Terre Haute mother pleads guilty in court to attempted battery resulting in serious injury and neglect of a dependant.

Police say that they arrested 20 year old Ashley Clarkson back in October of last year after they say that  she fired several gunshots at people,  all while holding her young child.

Yesterday Clarkson entered the guilty plea and was sentenced to four years in prison. Clarkson will receive credit for the 74 days that she has been in jail.
