One player taking the field this weekend in the Super Bowl took time to remember his roots. Steve Weatherford, the punter and place kick holder for the New York Giants, returned to his alma mater, Terre Haute North, Tuesday. Weatherford said he was humbled by the response of his hometown crowd and offered up many thanks to the community that supported him in his youth. He will face New England this Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium.
