A Cayuga woman goes back to court today (Monday).

Authorities say that 31 year old Summer D. Tryon, of Cayuga, lied about giving birth to a child and then lying about the child dying.

Police say that she said it was all an effort to make her ex-boyfriend, Michael Bex, feel bad.

Tryon even went to far as to post pictures of a friends baby saying it was hers.

Tryon was arrested July 23 and released on bail July 26.
