TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WIBQ) - There's another drug take back day coming up.
Indiana State Police Posts will be the sites of the event coming up on April 30. The Drug Enforcement Administration says by holding drug take back days, people can get rid of medicines they no longer use that can become dangerous in the wrong hands. The DEA says the events are anonymous, so all you need do is drop off your medications and state police, or other agencies that are involved will take them, no questions asked. They'll then dispose of the drugs so they don't fall into the wrong hands. The event is on April 30 at any Indiana State Police Post.
