HOLLAND, MI (WHTC News) - It’s another combination study session and special meeting for the Holland City Council this evening in the second floor training center of City Hall. Labor negotiations will be the focus of the special meeting, with a request to adjust the police service budget and labor contract, while the status of the city’s energy conservation and efficiency plan for municipal facilities and operations highlights the work-study session.
