LANSING, Mich (WQTX) Governor Jennifer Granholm will be at the White House today when President Obama sigs a bill designed to help small businesses create jobs. A portion of the bill is modeled after a Michigan program which made money available to auto suppliers to switch to other types of manufacturing when the auto industry downsized. The measure will also include tax breaks and funds to encourage banks to lend to small businesses.
