TERRE HAUTE (WIBQ) - Police are looking for two people, a man and a woman, believed to be responsible for vandalizing the Sky Garden Parking Garage on Ohio Avenue, Wednesday night. The couple was caught on video and police say they both wore turquoise shirts and could be part of a group.
Garage owners are offering a $200 reward for information in the case and say they will beef up security at the garage.
