CLOVERDALE (WIBQ) - A 38 year old Morgan County man remains jailed, after being arrested and charged with several sex offenses. Police arrested Jonathan Paugh of Cloverdale, IN and charged him with numerous crimes, including four counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, two counts of incest, one count of contributing to a minor, two counts of dissemination of matter harmful to a minor, two counts of obscene vicarious sexual gratification and two counts of obscene performance. Paugh is being held at the Morgan County jail on a $60,000 bond.
