INDIANAPOLIS (WIBQ) - A sobering report from the Indiana State Police. The number of kids in this state affected by meth is higher than ever before. Police report the number of children affected is up 110-percent over 4 years. They say last year 185 children were affected. this year 103 children were affected in just 4 months.
