TERRE HAUTE (WIBQ) - After a year-long closure, Deborah's House in Terre Haute has opened its door again. The house which serves mothers and children in crisis, had been under redevelopment. And though much of it was paid for through grants, the director says more houses are needed as the program expands. Families By Choice will be holding a fundraiser on September 20.
