(Detroit, MI)  --  The Detroit "Free Press" says Michigan Republican gubernatorial candidate Rick Snyder offers the best hope for culture change in Lansing.  The newspaper gave its endorsement Sunday of Snyder, over Democratic challenger Virgil Bernero.  The "Free Press" editorializes Snyder is better fit to inspire others to follow him, can stand up for what the state needs and is best fitted to bring disparate groups together around a common mission.  Snyder earlier received the endorsement of the "Detroit News."  In the latest EPIC/MRA poll, Snyder leads Bernero by 20-percentage points, with 18-percent undecided.
