Terre Haute (WIBQ)-Erin Baynard Stewart, the Vigo County teacher accused of having sex with a minor is free on bond. Stewart was able to meet
the $75,000 bond with help from her parents during a hearing yesterday where her attorney entered a not-guilty plea. Stewart has been ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim, the Vigo County School Corporation or anyone under the age of 16. She is scheduled to go on trial in October.
