INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WIBQ) - Indiana state employees will be getting a bit more bling next year.
Governor Mitch Daniels sent a letter to state employees telling them that after a two year pay freeze, they'd all be getting raises. Daniels said if employees got a positive performance review, they'd get an increase of about 1.3 percent.
Those who got an outstanding review would get one thousand dollars, 750 for those who exceeded expectations and 500 dollars for those who meet expectations. Daniels said those who do not meet expectations will not be getting a raise. The raises will show up on February paychecks.
