INDIANAPOLIS (WIBQ) - David Cooper has been named as new chief investment officer for Indiana's two largest public pension funds. Cooper will oversee the investment of assets totaling more than $22 billion for the Indiana State Teachers' Retirement Fund and the Indiana Public Employees' Retirement Fund where he previously served as deputy chief investment officer.
