TERRE HAUTE (WIBQ) - A Terre Haute man's pleaded not guilty to throwing a brick at a child. Police say that 18 year old Charles Judy was involved in a domestic dispute last week when he allegedly picked up a brick and threw it through the window of a house.

The brick hit a two year old child in the back of the head. Judy has pleaded not guilty to a felony battery charge and will go to trial on February 15. His bond was set at ten thousand dollars with a ten percent surety.
