TERRE HAUTE (WIBQ) - A Terre Haute police officer has turned in his badge and weapon as he's been temporarily suspended from duty. Officials say Keith Mowbray was suspended without pay for ten days for what the department says is conduct unbecoming an officer.
The city attorney said that on August 12th, Mowbray went to a residence in his department issued patrol car with his service revolver and badge. The attorney said Mowbray then asked dispatch to disregard police calls on a possible incident. It was Mowbray's third suspension in his career with the department.
